The Underwater Realm – Part II
Andy initially started working with Realm Pictures on The Underwater Realm project as the dive supervisor. However, when a chance came up to audition for a World War 2 spitfire pilot Andy jumped at it. The part was more stuntman than actor as it required him to hold his breath whilst trapped inside a replica spitfire at the bottom of a pool. He was set on fire, left underwater for hours, made to sit in cold water tanks and loved every minute of it.
The team put in a huge amount of work to make this project a reality and Andy was only a small part of it but was very proud of what was achieved.
